Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping is charged based on the weight of the products being purchased. Items are shipped within twenty four hours of payment being processed by DLL Modz (forty eight hours on weekends) or as soon as the item is in stock.

To return an item which appears to be defective, please contact DLL Modz by email at info@dllmodz.com. If the item is not in working condition and still covered by the DLL Modz warranty, the item will be fixed or replaced free of charge by DLL Modz. Shipping charges may apply.

Items being returned which are found to be in working order will be charged a non-refundable $25 return fee.
